Dream Hotel

Tablet Hotels just put out the “Best New Hotels of 2011″ & this one is one of my favorites on the list. It is located on the hillside of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico overlooking the sea. Anyone planning a honeymoon or anniversary vacation? gorgeous, huh?

Sit back with the right TV stand
by Luke McKenna
A perfect media room doesn’t end with the television and stereo – you also need stylish and functional audio video furniture to house your equipment in, and to tie the room together. Here are some tips to keep your entertainment space looking as sharp as the picture on that new TV.
TV Stands
When it comes to choosing a TV stand, size matters. The larger the plasma or LCD screen – and they are only growing as prices drop – the bigger and sturdier the display unit needs to be. A long, all-in-one entertainment unit, like the one pictured above, usually offers the size and support required. Smaller TVs, including old-style direct view sets, can be safely stored on something simpler – perhaps a thin swivel stand, like the one pictured below, which is ideal for littler rooms.
If space is an issue, consider a wall-mount for your television, or tuck it away with a corner entertainment unit. For example, corner TV stands for flat screens look great and make the most of space that might otherwise go unused.
Audio Cabinets
Now that your equipment is in order it’s time to sort out those DVDs and consoles. If you like to keep things neat, consider an audio cabinet with a drawer or door to hide everything away. Video junkies who want their collection on hand and on display might prefer an audio cabinet with visible shelves.
Of course, it’s also important match the look of your audio video furniture to your entertainment room. Sleek glass and bold, black metal finishes go wonderfully in modern apartments, while traditional woods, like mahogany, offer a classic look perfect for the character home.
If you want to make those big nights in even more comfortable and enjoyable, a site like Cymax.com, with its huge range of entertainment units, makes it easy to find a solution that perfectly compliments your equipment and your space. You can also find out more about Cymax on Twitter, Google+, and Facebook.
Dining Room Drama

What kind of light fixture/chandelier do you have over your dining table? I love something dramatic, and this one is just that. It is perfectly oversized, yet still very light and “fluffy!” Such an amazing addition to this home, don’t you think? via bo-laget.se
