Yarnbombing

Have you heard of the Yarnbombing movement? Knitters around the world have been covering city streets and objects with their colorful creations. Textile artist, Magda Sayeg founded Knitta Please, the knit graffiti group that has created some of the most fantastic pieces of art in the yarnbombing movement.
It is really incredible how much work goes into their craft. They recently covered over 300 feet of AC ductwork in Etsy.com‘s Brooklyn office. Check it out here.

Love the yarn knitted around the trunks of trees in the orchard.

I love the idea of putting them onto the stairs. Great way to accent them.

WOW! Now that is cool. I have a smart car & would love to try this. How was the knitting attach to the small car? This is great.

What amazing pics – never seen anything like it!
