I saw these beautiful chairs on style-files.com. Don’t they look amazing with turquoise paint?
Recycled Brown Wrapping Paper

I love the idea of simple brown paper to wrap presents. Then, add colorful twine, ribbon, and tags to customize. If you don’t have a stash of brown paper bags at home, you can purchase rolls of brown wrapping paper from olivemannashop.com.
Painted Furniture

Have you ever painted a piece of old or ugly furniture? It is amazing how you can transform a piece and really give it new life. I discovered this Etsy store where you can order a custom piece…they will do all the painting, you just pick out the piece that you like. This definitely makes it easy, although a lot more expensive. They have a lot of gorgeous furniture. My favorite piece is the one in the first photo, the sideboard/buffet. I think I actually like it the way it is- with no paint.
P.S. My current dining table is an old wood craigslist table that I painted a cottage white color. It was a fun and somewhat easy project that I worked on outside and in my garage.
Summer Wreath

I decided that it was time to take down my winter wreath yesterday. I have one of those white feather wreaths and I love it for winter.
I was googling wreaths to find some pretty ideas for spring and summer and found this AMAZING succulent wreath. After some digging, I found the ENTIRE DIY on Prudent Baby. Ahhh, I am so excited… how fun!
Floor Runner Rugs

West Elm, $149 (black/ivory, expresso/ivory)

Dash and Albert, $115, Surya, $183

Surya, $213, Crate & Barrel, $39.95
I’m searching for a floor runner for the entry from the garage into my home. I am thinking stripes or chevron pattern, but debating whether I purchase something colorful or stick with neutral. My fave colorful runner is the first one, and my favorite neutral rug is the brown and cream chevron pattern rug.
hmmmm, decisions, decisions!
