beach house

this is one of my favorite beach houses! it was decorated by the amazing Alexandra Angle. the house is located on Fire Island, a popular summer destination, which is an island located off the south shore of Long Island in New York.

there are many elements in this house that would be really easy to DIY…
the pops of color in the bookcase and kitchen cabinets, striped rugs, & colorful vase groupings.

my favorite things are the beautiful white piano, beachy bedding (the crab pillows are so cute!), and the colorful changing room on the deck! the views aren’t too bad either

p.s. my bertoia chairs are on the way & i cannot wait. (the same ones that you see around the dining table of this house, except i ordered black chair pads!)
