i am a huge fan of New Orleans. the city and it’s people are so charming and they seem really relaxed. i’d love to rent out this house and invite a bunch our friends. i imagine sitting out back drinking long island iced teas all evening!
DESCRIPTION
This exquisite 7 1/2 bedroom home is located in the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, just one block from Bourbon Street. It features two magnificent double parlors, a Yamaha grand piano, delightfully lavish velvet sofas, and a beautiful formal dining room. Artful film posters and original art adorn the walls. Modern amenities, including wireless internet, satellite TV, and a home entertainment system, are blended with old world charm.
In the past, guests have gathered to participate in artistic activities and have found solace in the house as a creative retreat. Exposed brick interiors lend warmth and authenticity to the architecture, while the eclectic décor creates a sultry atmosphere. Catering is made easy with three full kitchens, one outfitted with a Le Cornue stove, as well as ice and espresso machine. Enjoy warm New Orleans evenings on the beautiful Creole-style patio.
The Second Floor Suite boasts a dining room, kitchen, bedroom with separate study, bright living room with hardwood floors, and a balcony that overlooks the French Quarter.
The Garret Suite is a romantic, Parisian-style loft located in the eaves of the building. There is a full kitchen, a private bathroom, and breathtaking views of the French Quarter and city skyscrapers.
Four charming bedrooms are also available, each with a private bathroom. Three feature queen-size beds, and the fourth is arranged with two single beds.
The property is walking distance to renowned restaurants, clubs, and boutiques, as well as being situated across the street from a 24-hour market and bottle shop.
Perfection, luxury, and style await you at this French Quarter retreat.

Gorgeous house! I especially love the outdoor dining space (reminds me of our small yet cozy outdoor spaces here in Brooklyn). New Orleans is on the long list of US Cities I would love to visit. Thanks for sharing!
