$2.99 goodwill frame finished
here it is (not necessarily going to stay in this spot, but i do like the print for the frame):

brass candleholder hung up!
i bought this on etsy last week:
it just arrived and i just hung it in the family room:
green furniture
i am bookmarking this picture because i love this green piece of furniture beside the fruit (Orange, lemon tree?) i have never seen anyone grow a fruit tree indoors but i love it! could i possibly do this in NJ?
craigslist kitchen/dining table set
i am trying to purchase this set for $50. the girl who is selling it must be really busy because i contacted her a week ago and she has taken another week to get back to me to tell me that it is mine if i want it! i sooo hope it is still available. i havent heard from her since Sunday
it is the perfect country/mod feel i am going for:

valentine’s day paper clips
something simple and easy that i spotted on howaboutorange.blogspot.com.
she bought these paper clips at target in a multicolor pack for $1.50.

how to make a zig zag rug
i am bookmarking this DIY project for the future (so brilliant!)
with some white “duck cloth,” (from Joannes for $7.99/yard), freezer paper, black fabric paint, and a coat of polyurethane she went from this:

spray painting frames…
today there was a huge blizzard, so i finally got around to spray painting the first coat of a few frames:
i don’t have a before shot of this frame, but it was a brown and gold ornate frame i picked up at Home Goods for about $16.00. it is 16 x 20 and i will use it to frame my new Made By Girl Love print. i cannot wait to get it up. as soon as i finish the second coat and top coat i will post some pics.

this frame was black and is 11 x 17. it is from target. i had a hard time finding a simple white 11 x 17 frame!
i have 2 prints i am thinking about for this frame. 1 of these 2:

these 2 frames i picked up at goodwill. the first one for $2.99, it is an 8 x 10. the second one with the picture in it was about $12.00. it is a 16 x 20.

not sure what will go in them yet….possibly this print in the 8 x 10:
fabrics for throw pillows
i am on the hunt for some vibrant fabrics for the grey couch that i am moving into the office. i want to sew some throw pillows and am bookmarking these possibilities. they are all by heather bailey. i love her florals, but don’t want anything too feminine…i think these modern florals are good possibilities to add some color:
